In this report, the operation of "Experimental Studies" and "Basic Electrical Experiments" is introduced, which are required courses for second-year students in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Through these courses, students learn scientific thinking, measurement techniques, cooperative spirit, and report-writing techniques. Efforts to improve learning outcomes are also presented.},
